Can I give people access to historical data without allowing them to order?

Yes, the Harlequin LDK Ordering system currently has four roles for OEM logins, and each user may have any one or more:
| Orderer | Can submit new orders. Please ensure that all of your staff with Orderer status have the right to place orders on your behalf. |
| Viewer | Can read and search within your historical orders. |
| Support | Can view the details of any specific license by entering a Product Key or Protection Key ID. |
| Emergency License | Can order part numbers explicitly tagged as emergency licenses. For more information see Is there a faster way to get my customer up and running again? |
