Developing farm RIP raster backends for Scalable RIP

The HHR SDK interface has a new include file, rmoutputapi.h , with the definitions of the Scalable RIP Raster Manager output API. This API is used to connect raster backends to the Scalable RIP Raster Manager, which provides page collation, notification, status, and delivery functions to the output client of the Scalable RIP (the Digital Back end, or DBE). The raster manager output API is discoverable through RDR: it will only be registered when a RIP is running as part of a Scalable RIP, and that Scalable RIP has the Raster Manager functionality turned on. The raster backend should make calls to the raster manager output API conditional on API discovery in RDR.
