Do I need different LDK licenses for Windows 32-bit and Windows 64-bit?

From Harlequin Core v14, we are dropping support for all 32-bit platforms. Specifically, this actually only means the end of support for 32-bit Windows 10 workstation and Windows 8.1 if latest Windows updates, including KB4561666, are applied.
