Error 33

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

On very rare occasions the activation to the EMS server succeeds, but the local installation of the V2C file fails. An Err (33) error message displays, followed by a dialog stating that “Activation was successful but creating the software key failed”. You must accept the prompt to save the v2c file so that it can be applied later (see How can I apply a saved V2C file?).
