Error 400—Not a valid C2V

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

If you attempt to use an SL Product Key to program a dongle, the following message appears:

Activation failed (400): Not a valid C2V

This error does not decrement the available activation count; you can try again with the right key.
