Farm RIP monitor log files

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin Core but not Harlequin MultiRIP

NOTE:   If the -X option is specified on the command line, this gets passed to all farm RIPs when they are launched. A file named LE_LGFLE gets written to the SW folder holding all monitor output. So, for farm RIPs, this means there will be a file named LE_LGFLE in the writable SW directory as described above.
