How can I streamline ordering of common packages of licenses?

Global Graphics’ license fulfillment system uses Product Definitions to collect together one or more products and options into a single SKU to which a part number can be attached. The goal is to make ordering as simple and error-free as possible.

In addition, a number of product definitions and part numbers are created to match the packages of RIPs with associated options that you receive under your contract. 

This also enables the creation of Product Definitions to collect together arbitrary packages of RIP plus options. If there is a combination of options that you find that you frequently order, discuss this with your account manager so a Product Definition and associated part number can be created so that you can order it as a single line item.
