How do I tell what version of the LDK runtime is running?

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

Global Graphics supplies the LDK with each release of the Harlequin RIP, but several circumstances can mean that the LDK runtime version being used does not match that shipped with your RIP from Global Graphics:

• Products from other vendors that also use LDK may be installed on the same computer.
• You may have installed, on the same computer, multiple versions of the Harlequin RIP that use different versions of LDK.
• Windows Update can install a later version of the LDK runtime.

The LDK installer should only allow the runtime to be replaced with a later version; LDK versions should be backward compatible. But to diagnose future licensing issues, obtain the LDK runtime version from Sentinel Admin Control Center's (ACC) Diagnostics tab.
