How do I transfer a RIP between computers when using HL dongle lock?

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

To transfer a license from one machine to another, move the dongle to the new machine; no reprogramming or re-activation is required.

This procedure transfers the entire RIP license (that is, the RIP license, all layered options, and protected plugins).
