HqnImpose2 BookWise tactic

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

This Tactic procedure places pages in the way that you would read a (western) book across the top row from left to right, then across the second row in the same way, and so on. This is named /BookWise.
