HqnImpose2 OneScaled objective

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP

This objective scales a single page to fit into the area defined by the current page size when

HqnInitImpose is called. In a GUI RIP this will be the page size on the Page Setup dialog.
