This procedure takes an executable operand, typically a procedure, and executes it in a PostScript-language Level 3 context, even if the surrounding job is in Level 1 or Level 2 PostScript.

Note: execlevel3 performs an implicit save /restore around the procedure or other operand that it is executing. This makes it difficult to pass parameters or results.
