(v13) Brand color editing API

The brand color (also known as named color) editing API is deprecated from version 13 of Harlequin Core, and will be removed in version 14.

This section provides a description of the Brand color editing API provided with the Harlequin Core.

The Brand color editing API is declared in \lib\ncapi\export\ncapi.h.
