(v13) Default PDF execution parameters

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin Core but not Harlequin MultiRIP.

In a similar way to setuserparams, setpdfparams can be used to set up default values for most of the options to pdfexec. Like PostScript user parameters, PDF parameters are subject to save and restore. It might make sense, for instance, to set default PDF parameters at startup time, in the HqnOEM file. The setpdfparams operator works as you would expect: any keys in the dictionary passed on the stack are transferred to the current values, any keys not supplied are left unchanged. Any unrecognized keys are ignored. The current values can be retrieved using currentpdfparams.

Keys recognized in setpdfparams are listed below plus all the keys listed in (v13) Executing a PDF file except those noted as not corresponding to a default parameter. This section also shows the defaults.
