(v13) DefaultBorderWidth PDF parameter

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin Core but not Harlequin MultiRIP.

If the  /MK and /BC dictionaries are defined in the annotation dictionary, the default border width should be one unit. To provide larger default borders around annotation (and AcroForm fields), set DefaultBorderWidth to a larger value. This parameter is only acted upon if appearance streams are being (re-)constructed and is overridden. This parameter resides in the sub-dictionary named by the AnnotationParams parameter.
