(v13) How to remove the Harlequin Core SDK Linux

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin Core but not Harlequin MultiRIP.

This section describes how to remove the Harlequin Core SDK from your Linux machine. You must be superuser.

  1. Navigate to /Uninstall Harlequin Core SDK XX.X/.
  2. Double-click Uninstall Harlequin Core SDK XX.X followed by Run. Alternatively, in a terminal window run the file Uninstall Harlequin Core SDK XX.X, which starts the InstallAnywhere uninstall process.
  3. In the “Introduction” screen, click the Uninstall button. An “Uninstalling” message appears.
  4. A “Removing ldk” dialog appears, which allows you to select:

    Uninstall the RIP only
    (which leaves the LDK installed)
Continue (which uninstalls both the RIP and the LDK), and
    Cancel (which aborts the uninstall).

  5. Make a selection to continue.
  6. When the Uninstall Complete message appears, click the Done button.

The uninstall procedure does not remove files that were created after the installation.
