(v13) HqnImpose2 PageSizeGroups prefix

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

The page size is increased slightly so that all similar page sizes will fall within the same area. In conjunction with responses such as RespondPending, this reduces the number of flushed films if page sizes vary within a run of jobs. The groups of pages include, for example, A4, letter, and B5. If no Suffix is defined, /PanelFromOriginal is set to ensure that the real page is centered and clipped to within a panel size set by the group.
