The page size originally requested in this call to setpagedevice is used as the page size, possibly adjusting the PageHeight, PageWidth, PanelOffsetX, and PanelOffsetY set by a prefix, objective or tactic. This suffix is used if the /PageSizeGroups prefix is selected.
