(v13) Legacy extensions

The Harlequin color management was largely rewritten to fully support ICC based workflows. ICC profiles were converted to PostScript language resources and ICC rendering intents were not fully supported. As a result, many of the Harlequin extensions in this section became obsolete and were deprecated in favor of new extensions that natively support ICC profiles, while some extensions were removed. All of the extensions in this section have been deprecated as obsolete, or removed.
