(v13) RecombineTrapWidth (user param)

Must be either an integer or a real in the range [ 0 36 ]. The range and default come from Trap Width in Quark.

This user param is used to restrict matching between the objects in the separations. Two objects will only be merged together if the trap width between the objects is within this user parameter.
