(v13) Simple imposition

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

The procset HqnLayout is supplied to facilitate simple in-RIP imposition. This allows a job submitted to the RIP to be imposed “on the fly”, as it is raster image processed.

Simple in-RIP Imposition, used either from the GUI or via the PostScript API, is a layered option and requires an additional license option. Please contact your sales channel for more information.

When this procset is loaded, a report is written to the log file (and to the system monitor in the Classic edition), noting the version of the “simple in-RIP imposition” installed. This is the HqnLayout procset version.
