(v13) Suggested plugin structures

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin MultiRIP but not Harlequin Core

Plugins are generally written as a single DLL (the .i32 or .i64 file) which talks directly to a custom device driver, the filing system, network, or port, as required.
