(v13) Tuning Harlequin performance in multi-RIP systems

One of the most common questions asked by new Harlequin OEMs is how they can optimize the performance of a system in which multiple RIPs are run on each server. Unfortunately, there is no simple answer to the question, because the precise optimal configuration depends on multiple aspects of the server hardware and on the kinds of jobs that will be rendered using it.
