What happens if a Product Key is mistyped during activation?


This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

If a Product Key is entered incorrectly the following message appears:

Product Key is wrong length

or:

Login by Product Key failed (400): Product Key does not exist. Retry with correct ID

This error does not decrement the available activation count; you can try again with the right key.
