What is LDK?

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

The Sentinel License Development Kit allows Global Graphics and OEMs to:

• Provide a more robust security model, from a specialist security company.
• Enable a more timely and efficient delivery of RIP licenses to you, allowing flexibility and immediate onward delivery without requiring that you hold large inventories.
• Allow Global Graphics to offer security variations as requested by some customers, including dongle-less licenses, improvements to support on VMs, and so on.

LDK provides intellectual property (IP) protection features with a web-based license management system called EMS, Thales's entitlement management system (EMS).
