Who is this document for?

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

This document is provided for the use of Global Graphics’ OEM partners, selling Harlequin Core. Throughout this document “you” means an employee or representative of a Harlequin OEM, and “we” means Global Graphics.

Global Graphics’ HHR OEM partners use the technology in a very wide range of products, sold through an equally wide range of sales channels. It is inevitable that some of the terminology used in this document may not align exactly with your own products and processes, but you should be able to map phrases appropriately. As an example, we use the words “distributor” and “dealer”; if you sell HHR exclusively through your own in-house sales team, those terms may not be appropriate. In your organization, they may perhaps equate to national sales teams and local service teams, for instance.

This should be regarded as a living document and expands as the Global Graphics LDK fulfilment systems and tools are further developed. It also extends to include responses to additional questions that you ask so that it remains accurate, relevant, and as complete a resource as possible.
