Sample applications

Two samples are provided in the Mako SDK that demonstrate how to use IDistiller. They are:

• makodistiller - a simple command-line converter, similar to makoconverter, and allows parameters to control how the PDF is written
• makodistillercmd - a more sophisticated converter, modeled on the PDFLib equivalent, testpdflibcmd.
