Example HqnLayout plate color bar annotation

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

The plate color bars supplied with the RIP are designed around tints at 25%, 50% and 75%. It is not that uncommon for a user to prefer 40% and 80% or 30% and 70% tints. The following example shows how a color bar for 40/80 can be created.

The CMY values for the neutral patches have been arbitrarily selected for these examples and are not intended for use "as is".
