SecurityChecked callback

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

Supply a procedure in setmischooks and it gets called when a job calls serialnumber, with no arguments. The procedure should not return any value, but it could raise an error.
