Can I be automatically informed when a license is activated?


This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; both Harlequin Core and Harlequin MultiRIP.

You can view the database of your previous orders (see Can I find details of previous LDK orders?) and search for a specific Product Key or Protection Key ID. The information returned shows how many activations have already occurred on that license, and how many activations are still available.

You can also sign up for regular reports of your customersʹ LDK activations by email. Those reports include both the Product Key and the Protection Key ID.

If you would like to receive these emails please contact your account manager or send an email to merlin-support@globalgraphics.com. You need to provide a single email address for your companyʹs reports; you may wish to set up an email group on your end if more than one person should receive them.
