GGS extension, HalftoneType 100

The RIP supports a HalftoneType, 100, to represent halftones implemented by a screening module. See Modular screening for background.

A halftone dictionary for this type is only required to contain the HalftoneType key and one required key, HalftoneModule. However, there are often other keys as the contents of the dictionary are made available to the screening module as part of the details associated with a HalftoneSelect() call. Their effect is completely up to the module.

(Required) The value identifies the halfone module by the internal name given for the module implementation when it was registered with SwRegisterHTM(). Using this screen for any objects on a page will cause the RIP to invoke the named module to screen those portions of the page.
