(v13) Obsolete selectors

This page applies to Harlequin v13.1r0 and later; and to Harlequin MultiRIP but not Harlequin Core

Older plugins supported the D_CONFIG selector. This has been superseded by D_CAPABILITIES , but is maintained for upward compatibility.
